Artspace Lofts-Honolulu, Hawaii

Artspace Lofts are paired eight-story buildings, providing 84 rental units ranging from one to three bedroom apartments and townhouses for low-income artists, artisans, “cultural bearers” and their families. Along with the residential living spaces, Artspace Lofts includes more than 11,000 square feet of commercial space for businesses and organizations pertaining to the arts. Some other unique features include large doorways and windows, wider than normal hallways, high ceilings, durable surfaces and many showcase areas for the resident’s art. Along with all these great amenities the draw is the garden and communal area that brings the residents together.
