American Savings Bank is the first new office building in Downtown Honolulu in nearly 25 years. With a festive grand opening in 2019, American Savings Bank has brought together over 650 teammates from 5 separate locations and serves as the home base for over 1,100 teammates across the state of Hawaii.

This 11-story campus has 373,000 square feet of floorspace comprised of 1,600 precast pieces (including 500 architectural concrete pieces creating the bright white load-bearing exterior). This structure consists of six levels of parking with five levels of office space above. Developed with the American Savings Bank team in mind, the campus also includes a wide variety of services, including a training center, 4,500 square foot lunchroom, a self-serving Starbucks gathering hub on each office floor, relaxation rooms, arcade, employee fitness center, and 10,000 square feet of outdoor lanai space.
