Honolulu International Airport Parking Structure-Honolulu, Hawaii

The Honolulu International Airport Parking Structure is an eight-level precast concrete parking structure. The structure has 1,700 parking spaces with a floor area over 530,000 square feet. It is located between the Inter-Island and overseas terminals. There is a 150-foot long bridge at the top level connecting two lanes of traffic which includes a walkway and moving walkway. This $39.2 million project was completed in the spring of 2009.

As one DesignCast’s strengths, this design-build project was developed to flawlessly use precast to its fullest potential. DesignCast was instrumental in working with the design team and contractor to assist in the preconstruction development, manufacture, and erection of the parking deck.
